Story
Archway came to us to create their brand launch video, in which they wanted to showcase their new incentivized smart contract platform that rewards developers for building on the network with baked-in incentives and rewards. They needed something short, punchy, and exciting to build brand awareness, while also speaking directly to dApp developers.
Process
We decided to focus on the POV of the life of a developer, poking fun at everything from pantless video calls to late-night coding sessions. We produced a live-action shoot that consisted of Coney Daddy living the developer-life in a variety of relatable environments. Even though he’s never developed a thing in his life, he was able to capture the essence of a dev while his voice-over narrated our story.
Results
Developers absolutely loved this piece, garnering the right attention from the niche audience Archway was looking for. The video got replies on X like “Dev memes are stronk with this one.” “Honestly the best video ads ever seen in crypto history.” and “This is how I feel as an intern.” Along with that, came hundreds of video likes and retweets, and the perfect foundation for Archway to kick off their brand.
